Currently, Mahant Global Store accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Mahant Global Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

6. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Mahant Global Store follows a No Refund Policy.

We only offer replacements for products that are received defective or not functioning correctly.

Replacement requests must:

  • Be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.

Returned products will be inspected before a replacement is approved.

No replacements will be provided after the 5-day period or if the product has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
